Shipping policy

Every Wagheart item is made to order — nothing is printed until you place your order, and that's how we keep waste (and prices) down.

Production time
Most items are printed and packed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods (holidays, sales), this can extend to 7 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email the moment your order leaves production.

Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- European Union & United Kingdom: 3–8 business days
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Total time from order to delivery is usually production time + delivery time above.

Where we ship from
We use a global print network, so your order is produced at the facility closest to you — usually within your own region. This keeps shipping fast and means most orders never cross an international border, so you typically won't face customs delays or import duties. In the rare case an item ships from outside your region, any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
