How long does it take to make my order?
Every item is printed to order, just for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Where are products printed?
Our production partners print in the United States and across Europe. Your order is automatically routed to the facility closest to you, which keeps shipping fast and avoids customs surprises.
Shipping
How long is delivery?
After production: typically 3–7 business days in the US and 5–10 business days in Europe. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and most of Europe. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll make it right. Email us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Can I return an item I simply changed my mind about?
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check the breed, design and size before ordering — and if you spot a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to catch it before printing.
Products
How do I care for my mug / blanket / tote?
Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Blankets: machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Totes: machine wash cold, hang to dry.
Will the print look exactly like the photos?
Product photos are high-quality previews generated from the actual print files. Slight color variation can occur between screens and fabric or paper, but the design, text and layout are exactly what you'll receive.
